About the role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program structure, curriculum, and schedules
- Coordinate with internal and external SMEs to facilitate training and ensure materials/preparations are ready before launch
- Act as primary liaison between trainers, mentors, facilitators, People Corp team, and program managers and serve as SPOC for trainees
- Oversee end-to-end execution of the 12-week training program including sessions, assignments, and assessments
- Manage learning platforms (LMS), classroom setup, self-learning modules, and project work for smooth operations
- Track participation, gather feedback, monitor and report key program metrics, and publish progress dashboards for stakeholders
- Assist in conducting learning needs analysis (LNA) using data and stakeholder input
- Support design and rollout of learning journeys aligned to business needs and coordinate with People Partners and L&OD team
- Support communication, socialization, learner engagement activities, track budgets, maintain spend records, and prepare reports
Requirements
- Masters in Human Resources or related areas preferred
- 2+ years in Learning & Development and associated program management
- Program & Project Management – Ability to drive structured planning and execution
- High Ownership – Proactive, accountable, and committed to delivering results
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management – Excellent verbal and written skills for stakeholder coordination
- Problem-Solving – Ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively
- Data Analytics – Proficiency in tracking and interpreting key program metrics
- Proficient in MS Office and program management tools
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external SMEs and stakeholders
- Experience managing learning platforms (LMS, classroom setup, self-learning modules, and project work)
