About the role
- Run and continuously improve the product delivery rhythm: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Maintain a clear, structured, and well-prioritised backlog in partnership with engineering.
- Drive reliable, high-quality execution across distributed teams.
- Translate product strategy into detailed, actionable user stories and product specs.
- Define and track metrics that help evaluate progress and quality.
- Manage roadmap visibility and ensure internal stakeholders stay informed and aligned.
- Lead internal product discovery and support client-facing teams in capturing high-value feedback.
- Validate ideas through structured exploration and iterative rollout.
- Partner with Design and Engineering to improve delivery speed without sacrificing quality.
- Apply AI tools across product workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Identify opportunities to evolve how we operate using automation, structured data, and modern platforms.
Requirements
- Strong experience in product management at a B2B SaaS company (preferably serving enterprise or mid-market clients)
- Proven ability to operate in remote, distributed teams across time zones
- Demonstrated ownership of Agile/Scrum delivery processes and product execution
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with core product tooling (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.)
- Practical experience applying AI in daily product workflows
