After Sales Spare Parts & Components Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts and components
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and long-term agreements
- Coordinate order processing with internal teams and external suppliers
- Issue order confirmations to customers
- Maintain and update internal databases and documentation
- Prepare shipping documents in line with customer and regulatory requirements (EXW shipments)
- Monitor shipments and follow up on airway bills and FCRs
- Track and follow up on open deliveries
- Manage rejected materials and prepare OS&D reports
- Maintain quality-related documentation and register materials in customer systems (e.g. SAP codes)
- Follow up on quotations with customers and suppliers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and third parties
- Support vendor registration and pre-qualification processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in after sales, order management, or customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and SAP Ariba is a plus
- Reliable, structured, and service-oriented
- Experience in spare parts or industrial environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of logistics and international shipping processes (advantageous)
