About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle customer inquiries related to spare parts and components
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and long-term agreements
  • Coordinate order processing with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Issue order confirmations to customers
  • Maintain and update internal databases and documentation
  • Prepare shipping documents in line with customer and regulatory requirements (EXW shipments)
  • Monitor shipments and follow up on airway bills and FCRs
  • Track and follow up on open deliveries
  • Manage rejected materials and prepare OS&D reports
  • Maintain quality-related documentation and register materials in customer systems (e.g. SAP codes)
  • Follow up on quotations with customers and suppliers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and third parties
  • Support vendor registration and pre-qualification processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in after sales, order management, or customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel and SAP Ariba is a plus
  • Reliable, structured, and service-oriented
  • Experience in spare parts or industrial environments (preferred)
  • Knowledge of logistics and international shipping processes (advantageous)
