Key responsibilities & impact

You support colleagues in the HR Operations team and accompany our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
In doing so, you take on administrative tasks from onboarding to offboarding, such as preparing employment references
As part of data maintenance, you are responsible for the correct entry and verification of personnel-related data
Contributing to process optimization completes your range of responsibilities with us

What you’ll need

Studies: You are an enrolled bachelor's or master's student (m/f/d) in Business Psychology, Business Administration (BWL), Social Sciences, or a comparable degree programme
Professional interest: You want to get to know HR work and enjoy varied administrative tasks
Structured, careful & solution-oriented working style: You work conscientiously and in an organised manner so your team can always rely on you
Team spirit & initiative: You enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a service-oriented approach
Expertise: An affinity for IT and numbers is an asset! Experience with HR IT systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) is desirable but not required
