About the role
- Design of electrical control cabinets and preparation of documents such as terminal diagrams, circuit diagrams, assembly drawings, cable and parts lists, and calculations for sizing components and assemblies in coordination with PLC programming
- Creation and maintenance of templates and libraries in the planning software used, taking into account current standards and regulations
- Support during control cabinet fabrication and inspection of completed cabinets for plausibility and correctness
- Documentation after commissioning
- Support for quotation cost estimation by determining material and planning efforts
- Preparation of documentation following commissioning activities
- Technical coordination with other departments
- Support for all internal departments and customers in the event of service cases
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering
- Several years of professional experience in hardware planning
- Proficient in EPLAN Electric P8
- Hands-on experience in electrical assembly (commissioning) in an industrial environment
- Customer-oriented, independent and efficient working style, and technical understanding of integrated automation solutions
- Willingness to travel for commissioning activities
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good German and English skills
- Independent, structured and careful working style
