Customer Success Manager

• Take full ownership of customer relationships, proactively managing their success throughout the entire lifecycle—from onboarding and outcome realization to renewal
• Deliver outcome-driven engagement across each stage of the customer journey by leveraging customer experience (CX) management best practices

Data Engineer

• Collaborate with team members to define requirements and translate them into scalable data models and pipelines.
• Develop and maintain ELT pipelines, ensuring data reliability and scalability for business reporting and analytics use cases.
• Build and optimize SQL-based data models using dbt and other ETL tools.
• Identify and implement improvements in data delivery, processing performance, and system efficiency.
• Contribute to the team’s technical vision and bring innovative solutions to enhance data systems.

AI Data Engineer

• Serve as the product and workflow expert for Employee Service in the post-sale org
• Guide customers on best practices across ITSM/ITAM and broader ES use cases to ensure rapid adoption and measurable operational improvements.
• Connect ES adoption to business outcomes driving quantifiable value for customers
• Lead workshops, success planning sessions, and value reviews focused on internal service maturity, workflow optimization, and ES capability expansion.
• Provide practical, actionable guidance to service leaders, IT administrators, HR/People Ops partners, and cross-departmental stakeholders.
• Act as the ES subject matter expert within account teams, helping Core CSMs identify risks, accelerate adoption, and elevate the customer’s internal service strategy.
• Support customers with expansion of additional ES use cases and internal service functions.

Employee Service Specialist – Customer Success

Product Specialist

• Own pilot discovery, scoping and delivery
• Partner with the account team (e.g., Sales, Solutions Consulting and Customer Success) throughout the engagement

• Crafting, managing and closing opportunities within a territory

• Drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced ML and AI solutions, with an emphasis on large language models (LLMs), deep learning architectures, and sophisticated statistical modeling.
• Build scalable, robust data science systems—from data ingestion, data curation, data modeling to algorithm development, model deployment and monitoring—meeting enterprise-grade performance, reliability, and compliance standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and deliver practical solutions with measurable business impact.
