About the role
- Analyze customer behavior to uncover insights that drive product adoption and customer retention
- Analyze product consumption trends and customer behavior changes; define and track KPIs
- Analyze and validate customer and product data; build curated intermediate tables
- Capture stakeholder requirements; develop SQL queries; perform analyses and develop insights
- Partner with data engineering to standardize product data modeling, schemas, and reporting
Requirements
- Background in a quantitative and/or business field (business analytics, economics, applied mathematics, statistics)
- A degree (BS/BA or equivalent experience) preferred
- Proven experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, business intelligence, data visualization, storytelling, quantitative research, or related field
- Advanced knowledge of SQL (Snowflake a plus)
- Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Experience with dbt, Airflow a plus but not required
- Experience at fast-paced and scaled B2B Tech companies a plus
- Boundless intellectual curiosity; self-motivated and unafraid to ask questions
