Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-moving, international corporate environment
- Track record of hiring in Sales functions
- Exceptional consultative and stakeholder management skills
- Strong judgment regarding data privacy, confidentiality, and mitigating algorithmic bias
- Deep understanding of regional labor markets and compensation models
