IAM Business Systems Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with IAM Engineers to build a scalable foundation for IAM program
- Design logical frameworks utilizing ABAC and RBAC methodologies within Okta
- Establish governance standards for group management and directory hygiene
- Analyze workforce data to identify user attributes for ABAC policies
- Create clear technical documentation and assist in troubleshooting access issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience as a BSA within Identity and Access Management
- Strong understanding of IAM principles including Least Privilege, Segregation of Duties, and Lifecycle Management
- Solid experience working within the Okta ecosystem
- A strong conceptual understanding of RBAC vs. ABAC models
- Excellent ability to translate technical IAM concepts into business-friendly language
