About the role

  • Live and breathe AI, self-service and adoption, thinking about how to make a product easily adopted, efficiently and impactfully configured — no matter the type of customer.
  • Partner with the product & engineering teams to research and develop new AI automation and bot capabilities for our customers.
  • Work across cross-functional teams, partnering with product managers, engineers, researchers and content strategists on developing designs from ideas to execution and ensuring a detailed approach to the design process.
  • Design interaction models, flows, wireframes, and hi-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimise how customers interact with our products while partnering with other designers on the larger product vision.
  • Present design solutions to partners and senior executives, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in designing consumer or business SaaS applications (enterprise is a plus)
  • Professional experience designing for a product led growth mindset to optimise for adoption.
  • Prior experience with designing generative AI powered product experiences and AI enhanced workflows.
  • Ability to operate in a technical environment and help visualize the impact of technical decisions on the global user experience.
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of communicating and prototyping design concepts rapidly at all levels of fidelity.
  • A solid design process and collaboration mindset, as well as the ability to educate product teams on how to best work with designers.
  • A strong visual portfolio that showcases your work, provides details of your role on projects, and shows examples of functional designs that you have developed from start to finish.
