About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own delivery, governance, and successful execution across a portfolio of cloud, data, infrastructure, application development, and AI engagements
Personally run one or two strategic programs
Manage portfolio health and financial performance, including risk mitigation, budget, margin, forecasting, utilization, and change control
Lead teams and strategic client engagements to deliver measurable business outcomes
Serve as executive delivery sponsor for key accounts and escalation point for client executives
Work with Google Cloud account teams and partner engineering on joint delivery and expansion
Hire, coach, manage performance, and develop the delivery management team
Oversee global staffing, resource planning, and engagement leadership across the US, EMEA, and LATAM
Own and improve Zencore’s delivery model, methodology, governance, estimation, tooling, quality standards, and AI-enabled practices
Partner with executive leadership on scalable delivery processes, playbooks, and operating models

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years leading complex technology programs
5+ years in professional services or systems integration
Deep experience delivering cloud, data, and AI engagements
Experience leading migrations, data platform builds, and AI programs
Ability to engage effectively with architects and client CTOs
Proven ownership of portfolio performance, including margin, forecasting accuracy, utilization, and client health
People management experience, including hiring and developing client-facing delivery leaders
Pre-sales experience shaping solutions, presenting delivery approaches, and writing SOWs and change orders
Executive presence with client sponsors and engineers
Experience leading remote, multi-geo teams
Google Cloud experience preferred
Google Cloud certification, such as Professional Cloud Architect, preferred
