About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engineer mobile mechanical systems for oil and gas applications—hydraulic equipment, mobile lifting systems, and field-service machinery.
Enhance reliability and efficiency for high-pressure, high-load, and high-cycle environments.
Create detailed CAD models and drawings using Inventor (preferred), Pro-E, or SolidWorks.
Test and refine equipment to meet API, ASME, and internal quality standards.
Diagnose field issues, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement in system performance.
Work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and field teams to deliver robust, field-ready solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in mechanical design for oil & gas or heavy industrial equipment.
Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor, Pro-E, SolidWorks).
Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, power units, and mechanical assemblies.
Proven ability to manage projects from concept through deployment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
