About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to the development of administrative process automation initiatives
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including mail, filing, and document archiving

  • Passionate about mental health advocacy
  • Action- and results-oriented
  • Strong writing, summarization, and analytical skills
  • Shows initiative; proactive and creative
  • Bilingual: French (advanced) and English (basic)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, ethical, and professional
  • Ability to manage priorities and tight deadlines
  • Ability to negotiate with people with diverse personalities
  • Familiarity with the Google Workspace suite, including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc. (an asset)
  • Familiarity with Plaky, Google Analytics, Wix, and Canva (an asset)
  • Must be eligible for an academic-credit internship
