About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive execution across the CFO's strategic initiative portfolio.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
Establish and maintain initiative governance processes.
Monitor progress and proactively identify execution risks and dependencies.
Escalate issues and recommendations to executive leadership as appropriate.
Ensure alignment across stakeholders and participating teams.
Manage operating cadences for strategic initiatives.
Coordinate executive working sessions and decision forums.
Prepare executive updates, dashboards, and reporting materials.
Ensure action items are documented and followed through to completion.
Drive organizational accountability and execution discipline.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic finance, corporate development, or program management.
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience developing executive-level presentations and analyses.
Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
