Key responsibilities & impact

Own and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline
Develop and run experiments across email, paid media, organic, and website
Optimize conversion rates across landing pages, forms, CTAs, and nurture flows
Serve as the in-house HubSpot expert and system owner
Build and optimize workflows, automation, scoring models, and lifecycle stages
Analyze full-funnel performance and identify drop-offs

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-8+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing
3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub required)
Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth
Advanced HubSpot workflow and automation expertise
Strong understanding of attribution models and funnel analytics
Experience with A/B testing
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and marketing tech stacks
Experience with Google ads
