Installation and configuration of networked information systems
Advising on the procurement of new hardware and software
Conducting user briefings and training sessions

Troubleshooting using expert and diagnostic systems
Administration of information and telecommunication systems
Assisting with presentations of application-oriented system solutions

Requirements

At least a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) with particular strengths in mathematics and computer science.
Interest in technical contexts and working with IT
Logical thinking skills
Strong organizational skills
Independent, service-oriented, and team-oriented working style
Strong communication skills
Strong willingness to learn and perform
