About the role

  • You oversee and administer business applications used to automate central business processes, such as DMS, workflow systems and construction estimating tools.
  • You provide 2nd and 3rd level support and resolve any incidents that occur.
  • For more complex issues, you involve external service providers, coordinating and supervising their work.
  • In collaboration with other business units, you continuously develop our applications and services.
  • With your expertise you support software rollouts and act as the interface between IT and the business.

Requirements

  • Ideally you have completed vocational training, for example as an IT specialist or IT management assistant, or you hold an IT-related degree such as business informatics.
  • You have practical experience in the operational administration and maintenance of IT systems, e.g. as a system administrator.
  • Preferably you have experience in requirements management and designing IT solutions for end users, including interface definition.
  • It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience in IT processes and IT project management.
  • You enjoy working in a team with a strong communication component and demonstrate a structured, reliable and independent working style.
