About the role
- Contribute to the preparation of order calculations (AK0) using iTWO
- Create and maintain the work calculation monthly with iTWO
- Prepare progress/performance reports, monitor costs and assess construction site results with regard to opportunities and risks
- Prepare actual-vs-planned comparisons and variance analyses
- Prepare data for the production of monthly closing reports
- Coordinate and prepare the monthly reporting in collaboration with technical and commercial project management
- Prepare forecasts and projections in cooperation with project management
- Support process optimization and the further development of controlling tools
- Prepare post-calculations (final cost analyses)
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Industrial/Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- Practical experience in estimation, work preparation, contract management and project controlling
- Strong technical and commercial/financial understanding
- Advanced knowledge of RIB iTWO and MS Office
- Reliable, structured and independent way of working
- Team player with strong communication skills
