About the role
- Support order processing for construction projects and perform commercial tasks.
- Independently manage the commercial processing of construction projects.
- Monitor project progress with regard to budget and schedule compliance.
- Manage contract adjustments and ensure timely billing and settlements for clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Issue invoices with accounting accuracy.
- Active liquidity, receivables and guarantees management.
- Maintain job costing and coordinate with technical interfaces.
- Project controlling and monthly preparation of performance and results forecasts (planned vs. actual comparison).
- General correspondence and assistance with project-related and ad hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., Industrial Clerk (m/f/d).
- Professional experience in commercial order processing / order management, preferably acquired in the construction or real estate sector.
- Confident user of MS Office as well as billing and estimating software such as iTWO; ideally also familiar with Nevaris Navision.
- Team player with strong communication skills, commitment and the ability to work independently.
