About the role
- Independent and strategic procurement of construction services in the trades of structural/shell work, building envelope/roof, and/or interior fit-out.
- Preparation of quantity take-offs and development of specifications/bills of quantities for the aforementioned trades/sub-trades.
- Requesting subcontractor services, including technical and commercial evaluation of offers via our procurement software.
- Participation in subcontractor negotiations (preparation and follow-up, compiling contractual documents); after onboarding, independently conducting negotiations is possible.
Requirements
- A completed degree in construction engineering or a qualification as a construction technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) in a skilled trade.
- Preferably experience in subcontractor procurement or, alternatively, several years of experience as a site/project manager (m/f/d) in turnkey construction (SF-Bau).
- Understanding of preparing technical documentation (quantity take-offs, reviewing concepts, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office; ideally experience with RIB iTWO.
- Independent and structured working style.
