About the role
- Order entry, monitoring and dispatch
- Monitoring delivery schedules
- Handling import processes and preparing import and export documentation
- Goods receipt and quality control
- Liaising with suppliers in German and English
- Preparing pre- and post-cost calculations
- Preparing purchasing and sales statistics
- Assisting with sales analyses
- Administrative support for the purchasing team
Requirements
- Commercial training or equivalent with experience in purchasing
- Professional experience in a similar role required (textiles, retail)
- Experience in marketing is an advantage
- Strong aptitude for numbers and pronounced analytical skills
- Independent and well-structured working style
- Quick comprehension and ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of French is a plus
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
