About the role

  • Create and maintain measurement/size charts and gradings (Excel)
  • Plan and conduct fittings, including keeping fitting records
  • Direct international supplier contact
  • Color matching to defined color standards
  • Selection and approval of trims/accessories
  • Close collaboration with the Product Manager
  • Prepare design concepts, technical sketches, and spec sheets (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop)

Requirements

  • Qualification as a pattern technician / garment technologist / fashion designer or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in product development, ideally with a fashion brand or department store
  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (must-have) and MS Excel/Word
  • Excellent written and spoken German; good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong sense for commercial women's fashion, structured and proactive working style, and team spirit
