Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of IBM RACF and IBM zSecure
Deep expertise in z/OS UNIX System Services (USS) security
Proven ability to lead solution architecture activities
Proficiency with JCL, REXX, and CARLa
Experience with core z/OS utilities and facilities
Working knowledge of database technologies and query tools
Experience implementing and supporting mainframe authentication and encryption capabilities
Broad understanding of z/OS infrastructure disciplines
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management best practices
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results
Strong project planning, organization, time management, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office business applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative team player
