About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders — friendly, professional and confident
  • You actively contribute your bookkeeping experience: handling incoming and outgoing invoices, payment transactions, contract management and deadline monitoring
  • You coordinate appointments, arrange travel and organize meetings — from invitations to follow-up
  • You ensure smooth office operations — including supply/inventory management, fleet coordination and general office organization
  • You communicate with legal guardians and courts as part of client administration
  • You support the planning and execution of events, trade shows and internal company functions

Requirements

  • Experience in executive assistance or office management
  • Proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills, self-reliance and a high level of discretion
  • A structured, proactive working style and a hands-on mentality
  • A friendly, service-oriented demeanor and a collaborative team spirit
