About the role
- You are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders — friendly, reliable and composed
- You actively apply your accounting knowledge: handling incoming and outgoing invoices, payment processing, contract management and deadline monitoring
- You coordinate appointments, plan travel and organize meetings — from invitations to follow-up
- You ensure smooth office operations — including inventory and supplies management, fleet coordination and general office organization
- You communicate with legal guardians and courts in the context of client administration
- You support the planning and execution of events, trade shows and internal functions
