About the role
- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces for web-based applications.
- Translate complex business and functional requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions.
- Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems aligned with brand guidelines and product vision.
- Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and validation to inform and improve design decisions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure feasibility and consistency from concept to delivery.
- Create, test, and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Actively contribute to product discovery, ideation, and development phases, bringing a strong UX and user-advocacy mindset.
- Stay up to date with design trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies, applying design thinking to continuously improve the user experience.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing UI/UX for digital products, ideally in complex or data-driven environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work, visual design quality, and measurable impact on product outcomes.
- Proven experience working with design systems, rapid prototyping, and user research methodologies.
- High proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
- Experience designing logistics or operations-focused products is a strong plus.
