About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns to generate qualified meetings
- Conduct qualification calls: 15-minute discovery calls to assess ICP fit
- Work closely with the founder to refine our ideal customer profile
- Attend relevant B2B events across the DACH region
- Track meetings, SQLs, pipeline value, and conversion rates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entrepreneurial mindset with clear ownership, resilience, and a hunter mentality
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound
- Ideally experience at a DACH SaaS scale-up
- Proven track record building a qualified pipeline from scratch
- Confident use of modern AI and outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Pipedrive, Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
- Excellent written communication in German
- Experience in enterprise sales (Heads of Sales, Marketing, Communications, Strategy) or in an AI/SaaS company with a horizontal use case
