As a Product Engineer at Zanders, you bridge financial domain expertise and modern AI tooling to deliver product outcomes fast
You work closely with Product Owners and domain specialists to deeply understand what a feature needs to achieve in its business context — and then use AI-powered development to turn that understanding into working software, quickly
You are an outcome driver
You know how financial products, workflows, and data behave in the real world, and you use that knowledge — combined with modern AI tools — to move from concept to near-final implementation with minimal handovers and short feedback loops
Our established engineering team supports and refines what you build, so you can focus on getting the right thing built, fast.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 5 years of experience in software development, financial consulting, or a hybrid business–technology role
Strong affinity with financial domains such as treasury, banking, corporate finance, risk management, or fintech — you understand the business context behind the software you build
Proven ability to translate business needs into clear pragmatic solutions, with a focus on outcomes over technical elegance
Fluency with modern AI tools across the full development lifecycle — prototyping, coding, testing, and documentation — and the critical thinking to ensure quality
Hands-on development experience (preferably Python/FastAPI and Typescript/React) sufficient to independently implement and iterate on features
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance speed and long-term maintainability
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
