About the role

  • Ensure the execution of corporate strategy across restaurants;
  • Create standard material layouts and ensure campaign implementation;
  • Communicate with field teams about action calendars and corporate strategies;
  • Analyze critical areas using KPIs and ensure field training (e.g., combo management, physical coupons, and drive-thru service);
  • Identify regional opportunities to increase sales (holidays, local events);
  • Monitor the market (price collection and innovations);
  • Ensure day-to-day execution excellence;
  • Establish a restaurant visit schedule;
  • Guide store teams on new campaigns, product attributes, merchandising techniques, and customer approach;
  • Monitor KPIs: check indicators, stockouts of promotional items, product turnover, and return on trade actions, proposing action plans to reverse adverse scenarios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Proficient in Excel, advanced PowerPoint, and data analysis tools;
  • Proven experience in Trade Marketing, especially with field operations;
  • Must reside in Sorocaba.
