About the role
- Design, develop, and test attended and unattended UiPath Studio automations based on stakeholder requirements
- Configure and manage workflows in UiPath Orchestrator, ensuring reliable scheduling and execution
- Work directly with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and document business processes
- Translate user needs into technical specifications and automation logic
- Provide demonstrations, training, and support to end-users and government leads
- Monitor deployed automations for performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
- Maintain documentation and version control for all automation assets
- Ensure automations comply with DoD cybersecurity and data handling standards
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
- Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience developing automations using UiPath Studio (internship or academic experience acceptable)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
