About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Apply general electrical engineering design practices while working with a Lead Engineer for guidance and detailed supervision.
Perform non-routine and complex assignments involving assigned task with assistance from Senior Engineers as required.
Select and adapt plans, techniques, designs, and coordinate the work with project team members for a successful design.
Review, analyze, and integrate the technical requirements and design approaches for the project.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a 4 year ABET accredited college.
Must be able to understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and processes.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with Senior Company Leadership.
Must be organized, self-directed, able to prioritize and multi-task, work in a team environment and take direction from others.
Willingness to travel and work in office and field environments as necessary.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
EIT Certificate or ability to get a Professional Engineering License once experience requirements are met.
Experience with OTI ETAP software (or similar software) for Electrical Power System Analysis.
Self-motivated Engineer that thrives on challenging tasks and has ambition to lead small teams or projects.
