About the role

  • You take responsibility for your own client mandates — both professionally and personally
  • Support our SME and startup clients as an external CFO (and mandate manager)
  • Lead projects on various client engagements in the finance/governance context
  • Manage client mandates including annual financial statements, tax returns, etc.
  • Provide professional leadership and mentorship to colleagues

Requirements

  • Formal finance qualification (university degree, certified auditor (WP), STEX, or equivalent)
  • Several years of hands-on experience with mandate responsibility — including annual financial statements, taxes and direct client management
  • Extensive experience advising entrepreneurs in complex situations such as financing rounds, restructurings or OR 725 matters
  • Strong digital competence
  • Proven leadership qualities and a passion for direct client interaction
