About the role

Mainly responsible for the accounts payable function for the German branch.
Monitor and review incoming invoices.
Record and manage all supplier invoices in the accounts-payable tool.
Perform weekly payment runs in the ERP system.
Support other departments with questions about relevant workflows and tools.
Participate in internal projects within the local and global finance department.
Take on tasks in other accounting areas during colleagues' vacation absences and actively support the team.

You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
Strong affinity for IT systems (very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel).
At least one year of professional experience in accounts payable.
Additional training or education in accounting is an advantage.
You see yourself as an internal service provider with a focus on high service quality for your internal customers.
You enjoy working in a team and are an open, communicative personality.
You are flexible, work independently, and remain calm and composed even in busy situations.
