About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and improve project schedules, ensuring alignment with actual execution progress
Translate delivery status into clear, decision-relevant reporting for internal leadership and customers
Identify inconsistencies between plans and reality and drive correction with the delivery team
Support forecasting, resource visibility, and risk tracking to enable early intervention
Ensure project data is trusted without reconciliation cycles
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into schedule performance, resource utilization, and risk exposure
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation of recurring reporting and data management tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, engineering management, project management, data analytics, or a related field
A minimum of three years of experience in project management, scheduling, or data analysis concepts
Experience working with structured data, spreadsheets, or reporting tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized, accurate information
Willingness to learn project controls practices, PMO tools, and data systems.
