About the role

  • We work with traffic control systems responsible for operating intelligent road-traffic technology, such as traffic signal systems and components for connected and autonomous driving.
  • After a thorough onboarding, you will independently manage the execution of contracts in road-traffic engineering as a Technical Project Coordinator (m/f/d).
  • Your focus will be on expanding, maintaining and redesigning traffic management systems (software, networks/IT, hardware) and implementing innovative use cases (V2X, Advanced Detection) for our customers.
  • You will ensure smooth processes from the tender/offer phase through project engineering to implementation — acting as the linking and driving force between Sales/Customer, Service, Engineering and Commercial Operations.
  • You will ensure the international flow of materials while actively monitoring schedules and costs as part of risk management.
  • In doing so, you will help implement digitalisation in the mobility sector and assist our customers in developing innovative, future-oriented solutions for their cities.

Requirements

  • A (technical) university degree or a technical vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Traffic Engineering, IT Systems Engineering, or a comparable field
  • A basic understanding of software architecture or network technology and a genuine enthusiasm for technology and modern innovations
  • Knowledge of road-traffic engineering or IT security is a plus but not required
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in technical project engineering, project management, or working with public tenders
  • You speak fluent German and have good English skills
  • Most importantly, you should be motivated to take on a role where, as part of a dedicated team, you can further develop your individual qualifications.
