About the role
- Profit Center and Cost Center performance controlling for assigned sales offices/territories.
- Developing plans, budgets and forecasts; continuous monitoring of orders, contract base and project backlog.
- Revenue, inventory, pricing, cost, billings and collections.
- Identify risks and opportunities, and drive initiatives to ensure financial performance to meet targets and KPI’s.
- Continuously improve the business.
- Analyze and evaluate cost structures including building, maintaining, and improving the cost accounting/ERP system.
- Identify and resolve critical barriers/core problems by applying problem solving skills.
- Perform sophisticated financial analyses, prepare related presentations, and present results to provide financial transparency, propose improvement activities and address issues.
- Support collections of outstanding A/R.
- Review and approve Customer Purchase Orders and create sales orders.
- Review and approve invoices for billing accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience performing system testing in an industrial environment.
- Bachelors degree in Finance and Accounting field or related degree.
- 5+ years experience in commercial management, financial analysis, or performance controlling.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required.
- ERP experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter and great team player.
- Experience in field/service operations or traffic industry background.
- SAP experience.
