About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-to-end responsibility for supply chain, production and fulfillment — from raw materials to the end customer
  • Managing and developing our production and logistics partners
  • Raw material sourcing with a focus on quality, cost and availability
  • Establishing lean controlling and planning processes
  • Keeping working capital in focus: inventory, payables, cash cycle
  • Gradual build-out of the operations team
  • Leveraging AI and digital tools to optimize processes
  • Sales & Operations Planning and working capital optimization as the first assignment
  • Building team, processes, tools and reporting for scalable operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in supply chain, operations or production, ideally in FMCG or food
  • Strong analytical skills, hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience managing external partners and suppliers
  • Enjoys rethinking structures and professionalizing processes
  • AI-native and active use of AI capabilities
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience with weclapp (ERP), Google Workspace, and Cursor / Claude Code
