About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Works alongside the construction/general contractor, architectural and engineering firm, and the medical treatment facility.
Supervises assigned project staff and directs all IO activities to meet client objectives.
Coordinates with multiple vendors and oversees all subcontractor activities.
Provides professional customer interface and client relations.
Manages purchase order distribution and account for all monthly invoice requirements.
Develops a work plan, schedule and logistics required based on the overall project parameters and scope.
Facilitates client planning meetings and obtains necessary customer approvals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year college degree in architecture, interior design, engineering, business, or related field from an accredited college/university
5 years’ experience in a supervisory position
5 years’ experience managing medical initial outfitting/construction projects
2 years’ experience on Federal, DoD and/or Army medical initial outfitting/construction projects
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
Accomplish projects in a timely manner
Ability to read blueprints, interpret floor plans
Excellent project management skills
Strong business acumen
Strong interpersonal skills
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Detail-oriented individual required to be onsite at project location.
