About the role
- Development and maintenance of software solutions in C# or C++ for industrial applications
- Contribution to desktop applications, tools and system-level software
- Analysis and implementation of requirements in an industrial context
- Work with version control (Git) and modern development workflows
- Support for build, test, and deployment processes (including Docker)
- Execution and support of tests, ideally including automated tests
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams from development, engineering, and customers
- When required: project-based on-site assignments at customer locations
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of C# or C++ and willingness to learn the other language
- Experience in industrial environments and/or developing desktop applications
- Confident use of Git or comparable version control systems
- Basic knowledge of Docker
- Experience with Windows and Linux systems
- Understanding of real-time behavior and system-level software
- Nice to have: experience in test automation, ideally SIL testing
- Experience with Rust or C
- Experience with Avalonia or similar cross-platform GUI frameworks
- Experience with industrial test, automation, or control systems
