About the role
- Responsible for multiple strategically important product initiatives
- End-to-end responsibility for product lifecycles
- Collaborate with a high-caliber team of engineers, analysts, and UX specialists
- Define vision, target state, and roadmaps for platform and automation initiatives
- Serve as a sparring partner for management and senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities and make prioritization decisions
- Drive innovation and scaling through adoption of new technologies
- Measure success by the economic/business value delivered by the products
- Act as the central driving force for value-generating product leadership
Requirements
- Strong background in product management or engineering
- Several years of experience in fast-growing companies
- Ideally experienced in dynamic mid-market companies or scale-ups
- Experience in operations-focused product areas or consulting is a clear advantage
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Willingness to take ownership and responsibility
- Identify opportunities and test hypotheses
- Iterate in a data-driven manner
- Proven track record in complex product initiatives
- Set structure and priorities based on data and user insights
- Communication skills in German and English
