About the role
- Create banners, assets and creatives for e-commerce, ensuring visual impact and alignment with the brand identity.
- Adapt materials to different formats within the site and app.
- Develop landing pages and screens for experiments and A/B tests.
- Support UX/UI projects with a focus on navigation, visual design and conversion.
- Research and organize references and benchmarks to inspire new solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing or related fields.
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity and visual appeal (preferably in retail or e-commerce).
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and similar software.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility and responsive design.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle and youth culture.
- Experience with rapid prototyping and A/B testing is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
