About the role
- Analyzes and resolves customer requests
- Handles complaints and more complex cases
- Updates data and records in the system
- Corrects information, orders, or billing
- Provides support to call center agents
- Monitors protocols and ensures case resolution
Requirements
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have completed High School
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
- Availability to work full-time under CLT employment terms
- Interest in Human Resources or Training (plus)
- Comfortable using digital tools (plus)
- Strong teamwork skills (plus)
