About the role
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Express
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs with a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices
- Deploy and run applications in Dockerized environments
- Use Git for version control and collaborate efficiently within the team.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong experience with Node.js and Express
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Experience working with Docker
- Good knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows.
