About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will help with end-to-end customer acquisition across all channels (including cold calls) and support the sales process
You will assist with expanding our CRM, conduct research, support A/B testing of campaigns, and handle various other tasks
Your creativity and analytical skills will be needed to help us reach our growth targets faster
We will support and coach you during your trainee period

Requirements

What you’ll need

Languages: German, English, French
Business education, experience, or studies (e.g., commercial apprenticeship, business administration, or similar)
Italian (optional)
Experience in hospitality
Experience with hospitality technology (POS, cash register, payments, terminals, e‑commerce, PMS)
Experience with SaaS
Technical understanding
