About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate packaging transition activities, including artwork updates, material changes, and supplier transitions
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
- Maintain clear visibility of all packaging-related changes within assigned projects
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, or misalignment impacting timelines or inventory
- Maintain accurate project trackers for packaging changes, including status, approvals, and implementation timing
- Help improve tracking methods to increase visibility and reduce manual effort
- Identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies, rework, and material waste
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree a plus
- 2-5 years of experience in a production, packaging, or manufacturing environment
- Exposure to packaging, materials, or supply chain processes preferred
