About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support with monthly detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Reconcile general ledger, subledgers, and activity
- Create and process journal entries; including prepaid schedules and accruals
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules and provide support with filing necessary tax filings
- Maintain and adhere to month-end and year-end closing processes and deadlines
- Provide support with creating, documenting, maintaining, and optimizing various accounting processes and financial controls in accordance with GAAP

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required
- 1-2 years of related experience in a corporate finance office, preferably in Consumer Packaging Goods
- Understanding and knowledge of GAAP
- ERP Experience
- Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
