About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for sales development with existing and new accounts via telephone or other non-direct solicitation methods
Provides sales support to existing customers primarily with intent to expand sales
Must maintain information in company database to support efforts and contribution
Supports Customer Service, Sales and Marketing staff
Provides in-house sales support to major existing accounts, prospective customers and customers requiring global support
Increase sales with existing and prospect customers primarily through telephone contact
Promote existing and new products to selected markets determined by Sales Manager and Marketing staff
Manages all new customer inquiries; investigation, account set-up, sampling and follow-up
Assists in developing product promotion strategies to obtain business in existing or new markets
Attend Trade Shows and other marketing events

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent required
2 to 5 years of related experience in Customer Service and/or training
Must be proficient with Microsoft operations
Minimal travel requirements (less than 5%)
