About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- User support & requirements analysis
- Collect and qualify user requests
- Translate business issues into technical elements
- Advise and assist users in using the solution
- Provide responsive, service-oriented support
- Analyze and resolve application and technical incidents (level 1 and 2)
- Identify root causes of malfunctions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Two-year degree in IT (BTS SIO, DUT, or equivalent)
- Initial experience in application support or technical support
