About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define system and network architectures tailored to client needs
  • Implement or supervise the deployment of infrastructures and software solutions
  • Participate in infrastructure evolution, migration, and transformation projects
  • Ensure the operational maintenance of technical environments
  • Manage and track technical incidents across client sites
  • Coordinate actions with support teams and technical contacts
  • Establish action plans tailored to requests and incidents

  • Communicate regularly with clients on project and action progress
  • Inform clients of planned upgrades, migrations, and scheduled maintenance
  • Provide accurate activity reporting via dashboards and key indicators

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructures and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in IT, Systems and Networks, or equivalent qualification
  • Significant experience in systems and network administration
  • Experience in technical support and IT project management
  • Comfortable with client engagement and managing technical topics
  • Strong communication skills, rigorous and organized
  • Able to manage sensitive environments and complex situations
  • Autonomous and at ease coordinating multiple stakeholders
