Key responsibilities & impact

Play a key role in the success of projects and support development teams
Supervise, mentor and upskill developers
Ensure technical consistency of developments and adherence to deadlines
Estimate effort for changes and participate in work planning
Maintain smooth communication with international development teams in English
Ensure compliance with development best practices, quality standards and architectural principles
Participate in implementing new methodologies and improving development processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in computer science or equivalent
Significant experience in Java development
Technical team leadership experience
Proficiency in Java / JEE, Spring Framework, Angular and/or Ember.js
Knowledge of web architectures and service-oriented architectures (SOA)
Familiar with development best practices (code reviews, software quality, CI/CD…)
Fluent English, both written and spoken
